Booking Conditions

All payments to Surrey 4x4 Tours & Training are via invoice and bank transfer, we do not accept credit cards or cash.

Payments are all 100% in advance and no later than 7 days prior to any tour/training.

If customer (for any reason) cancels a booking between 7 days and 3 days prior to any tour/training/event we will issue a 50% credit note for use on future events and retain the balance.

If customer (for any reason) cancels a booking less than 48 hours prior to any tour/training/event we will retain 100%.

If Surrey 4x4 Tours & Training cancel any tour we will issue a full refund.

If Surrey 4x4 Tours & Training are unable to deliver/complete any tour due to guide illness or mechanical breakdown we will issue a full refund.

If customer breaks down (mechanical failure), Surrey 4x4 Tours & Training will make every effort to move the vehicle to a public main road where the customer is then responsible for its recovery/repair.
