Established in 2016, we are South-East's premier Lantra 4x4 and off-road training, and UK 4x4 green lane tour company.
Surrey 4x4 Tours and Training is a partnership of professional enthusiasts with decades of laning, training and overlanding experience.
We are fully approved by Lantra, the leading awarding body for land-based industries, and can deliver both Lantra Award training for professionals and self-certified training for the enthusiast.
Based at our sites in Farnham in Surrey and Popham in Hampshire, we also teach at off-road locations around the UK for corporate and private clients at all levels of driving experience.
We run popular weekly guided 4x4 lane tours and adventures around the UK. We also work with the TV and Film industry on location shoots and special projects.
We can even organise bespoke corporate or personal events based around 4x4’s.

As Green Lane Association Affiliate Tour Guides, we respect the routes and your vehicles, as we seek the road less travelled.
We operate regular tours across the south and beyond, including Wales, Devon, Wiltshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire and East Anglia.
We offer 4x4 tours suitable for drivers of any skill level and most vehicle types. All tours have a maximum size of 5 vehicles plus guide.

"This is a must for any new 4x4 owners in the Surrey area. It really helped to build our confidence in tackling the local lanes and understand the limits of our truck. Both guides were great but special mention must go to Mitch who’s superb knowledge of the local history was a great addition to the tour.

"Had an absolutely fantastic day with ‘Traveller Tim’ and ‘Mad Mitch’. Great hosts and very informative throughout the tour. I took my young family in the Defender 110 and they were thoroughly entertained throughout.
Lovely balance of off-roading challenges, green lanes and fantastic scenery. Advice throughout the tour and lessons on driving also great.
